Terms and Conditions:

1. This vacation offer entitles the buyer to 3 day’s and 2 night’s accommodations in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina at the Peppertree Atlantic Beach or one of our preferred partner properties (room assignments will be completed upon receipt of your date request submission and are based on space availability). $100 Dine Around offer valid at participating restaurants--Redeemable in $25.00 increments upon completion of travel.  This vacation package includes a single guest room suitable for two adults and up to two children under the age of 18.


2. All prospects that arrive shall be required to attend a 120 minute sales presentation by the resort with spouse/fiancé/significant other/life partner, if married/ engaged or co-habitating. Major credit card and driver's license are required at check in—No debit cards. In the event of any prospect misrepresenting any qualification that makes the prospect non-qualified, or should prospect refuse to tour for any reason, the resort will charge the prospect’s credit card for the full retail rate for the stay and not issue any refund. Cannot have visited same resort within 13 months or a different Festiva Adventure Club resort within 6 months. Cannot tour the same location more than 2 times or more than 3 times companywide.  Children must be at least 6 years of age and are required to stay in an attended children's room during group portion of the presentation.
   
3. You may travel at any time of the year based on Trips Incentives Corp. room allotments. Reservations must be made at least 21 days in advance. You must possess a valid major credit card for a fully refundable reservation deposit. A $50.00 fully refundable reservation deposit, via credit card, is required at the time of submitting your date request.


4. The vacation offer is valid for married couples in the recommended age range of 28 or older (only one must be 28 or older), who arrive together, are gainfully employed full time, or retired, with a minimum combined annual income of US$40,000. Maximum 2 children.


5. Cohabiting couples in the recommended age range of 28 or older, with matching IDs, who arrive together, are gainfully employed full time, or retired, with a minimum combined annual income of US$40,000. Cohabiting couples must have a matching address on their driver’s license or state issued identification.
6. Single females must have a valid government issued photo ID.  Single females must have a valid major credit card that matches the photo ID. 
7. Must not have filed for bankruptcy in the 3 previous years and must be currently released from any bankruptcy proceedings.
8. Must not be a current Festiva owner/member.
   
9. This offer is not valid for groups. A group is considered two (2) or more parties traveling together, or meeting at the same resort with the same arrival date, using the Trips Incentives certificate, regardless of where the certificate was obtained. No exceptions.


10. Both parties must be able to speak, read, write and understand English fluently and be capable of entering into a legal contract.
11. NO PETS.


12. We will email you a hotel confirmation once your accommodations are confirmed. We recommend that you do not make air or car rental reservations until your stay is confirmed for the dates of your choice.


13. This vacation offer is valid only for your hotel accommodations. It does not include transportation, taxes, portage, gratuities, service charges, or incidental expenses.


14. This vacation offer is not redeemable for cash or any other consideration.


15. Trips Incentives Corp. is not to be held responsible for any act of God, or for any other circumstance beyond our control that may cause the destination to become unavailable. In the event that such a circumstance occurs, Trips Incentives will offer a substitute destination.


16. This vacation offer is valid for 12 months from date of issue/purchase.


17. Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Florida, in which state it has been negotiated, executed and delivered. Any and all disputes arising out of this agreement or transaction shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the county or circuit court in and for Broward County, Florida.
