This offer is not valid for groups. A group is considered two (2) or more
parties traveling together, or meeting at the same resort with the same
arrival date, using the
TRIPS Incentives
certificate, regardless of where the
certificate was obtained. No exceptions.
10.
The retail value of this offer varies depending upon the time of year and
hotel or motel. Suggested fair market value for processing, servicing and
accommodations is up to US$175.00. This is an offer to sell travel. This offer
is not for retail sale and invalid if purchased, bartered, auctioned or not
acquired from an authorized sponsor. This offer has no cash value.

Any breach of the terms and conditions of this offer invalidates this
certificate.
12.
When mailing, you will be offered exciting vacation opportunities in the
resort area in the hope that you will vacation with the host resort in the
future.
13.
Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects
by the laws of the State of Florida, in which state it has been negotiated,
executed and delivered. Any and all disputes arising out of this agreement
or transaction shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the county or circuit
court in and for Broward County, Florida.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.
This
MAIL IN OFFER
provides accommodations for two (2) adults, at
least one of whom must be gainfully employed. If married, you must travel
together, if cohabiting both parties must have an ID with matching address.
Driver’s license required for verification of age and major bank credit card
required – no debit cards. Arrival date must be a minimum of 30 days and
a maximum of 90 days from receipt of your written request. A confirmation
letter will be sent via email or US mail (client’s choice).
2.
Up to two children under the age of 18 may stay in their parent’s room
for a US$5.00 per child per night charge, payable with your room guarantee.
3.
This offer does not include food, transportation, taxes, tips, telephone
calls or items of a personal nature.
4.
All room accommodations are in a hotel or motel in the resort area and
are subject to the availability of
TRIPS Incentives
room allotments. During
peak seasons, conventions, holidays or when
TRIPS Incentives
room allot-
ment is full,
TRIPS Incentives
reserves the right to substitute a different
premier resort destination, if acceptable to the purchaser, comparable
alternate accommodations or facilities in a city, or reservations for a date
different than that requested, may be provided.
5.
Should you need to cancel your reservation
TRIPS Incentives
must
receive a minimum of 21 days written notice prior to your arrival date
delivered via certified mail only in order to refund your reservation
guarantee. No refund of unused portions.
6.
Two or more vacation certificates may not be used within the same year.
7.
You may reschedule your reservation no less than 15 days prior to your
arrival date, with payment of a US$25.00 reschedule charge payable to
TRIPS Incentives.
